How to edit an Event

Follow the steps:

• Login to the Event Manager portal with your registered email ID and Password. click here to login

• Move the Cursor towards the left menu bar.
• Click on the Manage Events dropdown.

• Click on the Events button.

• Click on the Event card you want to edit.

• Edit the Fields of your choice from the Basic info section to Date & Time section.

• Basic Info:
• Enter the Event Name.
• Choose the category from the dropdown.
• Choose the subcategory from the dropdown. (optional)
• Enter the event’s description or just click on the AI button to generate an AI based description based on the event name
• Choose the location visibility from the dropdown.
• Click on the Next button.

• Venue Details:
• Enter the Address of the event in Address Line 1
• Enter the additional Address if required in Address Line 2. (optional)
• Choose the country from the dropdown.
• Choose the State from the dropdown.
• Enter the city name. (optional)
• Enter the Zip code.
• Click on the Next button.

• Cover Image:
• Upload the cover Image of the event.
• Upload the banner image of the event.
• Ignore (Upload side Banner).
• Click on the Next button.

• Visibility:
• Choose the visibility of the Event from the three options:
• Public
• Private Group
• Both
• Click on the Next button.

• Date & Time:
• Select the TimeZone of the Event from the dropdown.
• Select the Start Date and Start Time of the Event.
• Select the End Date and End Time of the Event. (optional)
• Click on the check box if you want to Check availability status and Track attendance
• Click on the Save button.

• Click on the "Yes" button to publish the Event or click on "Save for Later" button to publish the event later on.
