Dear Secretary-General Guterres,

I am writing to you on behalf of TurnKeyTix, an innovative technology platform designed to streamline operations for youth sports leagues. It is with great honor and responsibility that we express our commitment to join the United Nations Global Compact, aligning our operations and strategies with its ten universal principles in the areas of human rights, labor, environment, and anti-corruption.

At TurnKeyTix, we recognize the critical importance of integrating sustainable practices into our business model. Our platform simplifies the youth sports organizations back-office so that sports teams can scale. It also allows sports organizations to earn additional revenue through e-commerce, sponsors and donors.

Pediatric obesity is a global concern. The primary treatment of this condition is physical activity through sports. Participation in youth sports also strongly benefits children's mental health. It improves teamwork, social skills, and social responsibility. It improves educational and occupational skills (e.g., determination, perseverance, grit, resilience, and critical thinking). It is linked to higher levels of academic achievement. Finally, it leads to a stronger long-term labor market and economy. Our purpose is not only to help leagues and organizations scale, but to help children who are our future.

We are dedicated to leveraging our technology to support the Sustainable Development Goals, with a particular focus on ensuring healthy lives and promoting well-being for all at all ages (SDG 3), achieving gender equality and empowering all women and girls (SDG 5), and fostering innovation and sustainable economic growth (SDG 9).

In addition to our commitment to making the UN Global Compact and its principles part of our company culture, we pledge to take concrete actions that contribute to the broader development goals of the United Nations. TurnKeyTix will actively engage in collaborative projects and partnerships that advance these aims, particularly in areas where our technology and expertise can make a significant impact.

Understanding the importance of transparency and accountability, we also commit to the annual submission of a Communication on Progress (CoP). This will include a statement signed by myself, as President, expressing continued support for the UN Global Compact and detailing our efforts to integrate its principles into our business strategy and operations. Furthermore, we will complete the online questionnaire of the CoP, sharing our progress and learning experiences in implementing the Ten Principles and contributing to the SDGs.

We are excited about the opportunity to join the UN Global Compact community and look forward to contributing to a sustainable and inclusive global economy. Please accept this letter as our formal commitment to this initiative and its principles.
