How to add media files

Follow the steps:

• There are two options to add media files:
• By clicking on the three vertical dots on the Event card and then click on the Add media button.

• By clicking on the Media Files button under Manage Events dropdown from the side menu bar.

• Follow either of the above steps and fill in the required information.
• Uploading media by above step 2:
• Login to the Event Manager portal with your registered email ID and Password. click here to login

• Move the Cursor towards the left menu bar.
• Click on the Manage Events dropdown.

• Click on the Media Files button.

• Click on the upload media button.

• Select the Type of the media from the dropdown.
• Select the name of the Event from the dropdown.
• Upload the media.

• Once media is uploaded then 2 more fields will appear: Title and Description.
• Enter the Title for the uploaded media.
• Enter the description for the uploaded media.
• Click on the Save button.


NOTE: "By default the uploaded media will be in inactive status, need to open the respective image Type section and then change the status to active."
