How to Create a Registration Form

Follow the steps:

• There are two options to create a registration form:
• By clicking on the three vertical dots on the Event card and then click on the Add Registration Form button.

• By clicking on the Forms button under Manage Events dropdown from the side menu bar.

• Follow either of the above steps and fill in the required information.
• Creating Ticket by above Step 2:
• Login to the Event Manager portal with your registered email ID and Password. click here to login

• Move the Cursor towards the left menu bar.
• Click on the Manage Events dropdown.

• Click on the Forms button.

• Click on the Add Registration Form button.

• Click on the New Form Button.

• Need to fill all the required things from the Create New Form section to Waier section.

• Create New Form:
• Select the Event from the dropdown.
• Enter the Registration Form Name.
• Choose the category from the dropdown.
• Choose the subcategory from the dropdown. (Optional)
• Enter the form description or just click on the AI button to generate AI based description based on the Registration Form name.
• Choose the location visibility from the dropdown.

• Now Add Form Fields:
• Enter the Label Name.
• Choose the type of the field from the dropdown.
• If wants to make the field mandatory to be filled then check mark the Required checkbox.
• Click on the Add button to add more fields.
• Repeat 1 to 4 to add as many fields as per your requirement.
• Click on the Next button.

• Price:
• Choose the type of the registratoiion from the two radio button:
• Paid.
• Free.

• TYPE = FREE
• Click on the Next button.

• TYPE = PAID
• Currency will be automatically selected based on the form’s location visibility.
• Enter the Retail Price. (Optional).
• Enter the Selling Price.
• Enter the Tax%.
• Click on the Next button.


NOTE: "Service fee will automatically apply from the backend."

• Waiver:
• Add Waiver.
• Click on the Create button.

• Click on the "Yes" button to publish the registration form or click on "Save for Later" button to publish the form later on.
